Safe Space is more than a workshop. It's an invitation to come home to yourself.
On May 11th, we gather to explore what safety truly feels like — not as a phrase we say, but as something we can actually feel, build, and share. Through somatic practice, nervous system education, and the gentle art of Focusing, you'll leave with tools to recognize safety in your own body and extend it into every room you walk into and every connection you make.
Doors open at 11:30am. Refreshments provided. We will close with a sound bath to ground you back into yourself and build integration and value for the practice moving forward.
All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
What to Expect:
-
We blend practical tools, guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
-
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
-
Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
-
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
-
Every participant receives one complementary 30 minute post workshop reflection, to connect with the coach, one on one, share their experience, receive guidance and ask follow up questions. (scheduled separately)
