Using modalities such as Gene Gendlin’s Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and body regulation tools, we’ll craft pre-show, mid-show, and post-show check-ins designed to increase resilience, consent between mind and body, and grounded presence. This work integrates somatic stretching, vocalization, stress tolerance awareness, and self-care needs—so you can enter performance centered, stay attuned throughout, and return to yourself with clarity and ease.
